On June 28th, 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) will come into force. Based on this document, your website may be required to comply with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, as the regulations mandate that public organizations and certain private companies adapt their websites and applications to meet accessibility requirements. The aim is to facilitate access to content for people with various disabilities.

The new rules are primarily intended to benefit individuals with disabilities (including temporary ones) and elders.

Difficult-to-fill forms (e.g., CAPTCHA, time limits).
Lack of alternative text for images.
Page layout on mobile devices.
Inadequate contrast for people with low vision.
Page structure.
Video content not accessible for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals
